To what extent is the project harvesting rainwater?

The project incorporates a rainwater tank in the Basement of 283,000 Litres equivalent approximately five (5) backyard swimming pools. It caters for approximately one (1) months standard use within the complex incorporating:-

• Water closets
• Irrigation 
• Wash down points

The average rainfall in Brookvale will provide frequent topping up of the water level and therefore provide 100% of the Buildings non-potable water supply.

In the event of extended periods of dry weather, a potable cold water ball valve make-up supply to the tank, will provide a back-up supply to the tank.
